Introduction

This workshop covers a selection of tools and packages developed by the RStudio team. The packages discussed include:

• ggplot2 for plotting and data vizualization
• dplyr for easy data manipulation
• Shiny to create interactive data analysis apps
• RMarkdown to compose data analysis reports and presentations that can include executable code

Prerequisites: Introduction to R, or equivalent experience using R.

Pre-Workshop Instructions

We’ll expect you to have the following packages installed: ggplot2, shiny, dplyr.

Using RStudio is required, and it is recommended that you update to the latest version.
